Nobody died in the making of Lord of the Rings. There was a close call, though, by Viggo Mortensen.
NOTES: Many people seem to be confusing the character of Dumbledore in the 'Harry Potter' movies with the character of Gandalf in 'The Lord of the Rings' movies. Richard Harris who played Dumbledore died between the second and third 'Harry Potter' movies, and he was replaced by Michael Gambon. Sir Ian McKellen, played Gandalf in 'The Lord of the Rings' movies from beginning to end. Also, Stuart Townsend was cast as the character Aragorn and in production for two months when he was replaced by Viggo Mortensen though neither of those actors died.
In the first Lord of the Rings movie, Gandalf the Grey is killed by the Balrog in the Mines of Moria, but he is brought back to life because his work on Middle-earth was not finished when he died.
Boromir of the fellowship is also killed near the end of the movie. He is shot with many arrows by uruk-hai as he tries to protect Merry and Pippin. (However, in the book, Boromir does not die until the second book.)
In no particular order:
Boromir- pierced by many Orc arrows defending Merry and Pippin
Haldir- stabbed by an Uruk-hai at Helms Deep
Denethor- falls to his death/ consumed by fire; whichever came first
Gandalf- temporarily, he came back to life in The Two Towers as Gandalf The White
Isuildur's father- killed by Sauron
Gil Galad the elven king- wasn't shown in the movie though
King Theoden- death by the Witch-King's fell beast
Prince Theodred- ambushed by Orcs
Saruman- stabbed by Grima Wormtounge
Grima Wormtounge- peirced by Legolas's arrow
Mouth of Sauron- beheaded by Aragorn
Sauron- when the One Ring was destroyed.
Also, a few characters go to the Gray Havens, sort of an Elvish Heaven:
Galadriel
Elrond
Gandalf
Frodo
Bilbo
(In the books, Legolas and Gimli go too, making Gimli the first dwarf to be admitted to the elven paradise.)
Boromir, a member of the Fellowship dies in the movie version of The Fellowship of the Ring. In the books, he is mortally wounded by arrows in 'Fellowship, but technically dies at the beginning of The Two Towers. Gandalf also appears to die when he falls with the Balrog from the bridge of Khazad-dûm. Many unnamed orcs, of course, also die.
Remarkably, no-one was killed during the making of the three Lord of the Rings films.
The members of the Fellowship of the Ring were Frodo, Sam, Pippin, Merry, Gandalf, Boromir, Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas.
Boromir
Voldemort dies at the end of book seven, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This happened in part two of the movie adaption.
Amon Hen was where Boromir was killed. However after He was dead Parth Galen was where Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli brought Boromir's Body and put him in the Boat to be sent off into the sunset.
It's hard to tell...Optimus dies for about half the movie but is resurrected. The ending is very vague, unlike the first movie when all of the remaining characters can be seen in the concluding scenes. None of them explicitly dies but I can be certain no one did.

Lord Voldermort dies in Deathly Hallows.
No, he dies in the first one though he is seen at various times in flashback in the extended editions of both the second and third movies.
First movie - Dies Second movie - He is resurrected, does not die Third movie - Dies
sonic dont dies in sonic and the secret rings
In the first movie Gandalf 'dies' and Boromir dies. In the second movie Gandalf comes back to finish his task. Theodred dies, a lot of urk-hai die in the battle of Helms deep along with Haldir of Lorien who was one of Aragorns good elf friends. Aragorn falls of a cliff in the second movie but he is returns later in the movie, suprising those who thought he was dead. In the third movie Deneathor, steward of Gondor dies, along with Gollum, The Urk-hai that were killed at the battle of Minas Tirith, and i think thats all of them.
The Lord of The Rings (Sauron) has died several times (e.g. fall of Numinor, battle at the end of the Second Age) but returned because of his power bound in the One Ring. He finally dies and cannot return when the One Ring falls into the "Cracks of Doom" with Gollum.
