Ino does like Sai but that's because he 'Lied' to her about her being 'pretty' . As for Naruto he's nothing more than a friend to her. nothing more. NaruIno is fanfiction, not real. there are three guys possible in episode number 76 there is a small hint with her and choji but shikmaru is possible if he does not love tamari and as for sai it is possible

Ino is a blondy that is not a genin anymore, she is a Chunin and she likes itachi's brother, Sasuke Uchiha from the Uchiha clan, and neji, neji's squad includes tenten, i like her name, and rock lee, which is realy wierd, pluse he has a crush on Sakura, i have no idea what is wrong with him but its to late fix him, and so be it. Sasuke group includes of Sakura and Naruto and Ino has Shikamaru and Choji.

She will probably end up with chouji because she can't be with shikamaru because he and temari will maybe be a pairing and she could maybe be with naruto because she did say she could fall for him after naruto came back to the village after the pain attack.
