If you mean Jack The Ripper it is impossible to tell due to the fact that there are differing opinions on who his first victim was.
Any strike to the heart can kill. How you learn to strike has little to do with it.
It is very probable that his first victim was in London.
Jack is unable to kill the pig, due to his fear of the squealing and blood that the pig would produce. Jack's inability to kill the pig is a symbolic example of the still existent human moral within the boys. Jack being unable to kill the pig shows he is hesitant to kill others, because he believes it is wrong.
Yes there is. You could allow a creature to deal first strike damage for example, then use an instant to finish the other monster off, so the blocker's normal strike damage does not kill the first striker. A creature that deals first strike damage, and then loses First Strike, will not then deal damage again when other creatures deal normal damage.
The crawler is not jack of blades as you kill jack of blades in the first one the crawler is just some random monster they made up.
'First Strike' means the creature deals combat damage before others. That can mean it may be able to kill an attacking or defending creature and not take any damage in return. For example if a 2/2 attacks and is blocked by a 2/2, and defender is granted First Strike, it will deal this damage first before other monsters. This damage will kill the attacking monster before it can deal damage back to the defender.
