For Animals:

Carnivore = Meat eater

Herbivore = Plant eater

Omnivore = Meat and plant eater

For Humans:

Vegetarian = Plant & animal produce eater (Cheese, eggs etc)

Vegan = Plants only

Im not sure if there is a word for humans who eat meat, all I could find is 'meat eater'

Carnivores, at least in the natural world. In the human world, "meat eaters" are more properly referred to as omnivores, and is a colloquial and often inaccurate term distinguishing vegans/vegetarians from those who eat a diet of both meat and plant foods = omnivores.

Animals that eat only meat are carnivores. Animals that eat only plants are herbivores. Animals that eat both plants and meat are called omnivores. We humans are omnivores
