It depends on where you are wondering. In the anime, no one REALLY ends up with her and no one confesses their love to Haruhi but you can obviously tell (IE Tamaki, Hikaru, Kaoru) that they love Haruhi. Although Honey and Mori do care about her, they do not have romantic interest. And Honey says that Kyouya is even more dense about his feelings for Haruhi. In the anime, we will never know if he really loved her. But he does care about her (like all the hosts). But in the last episode, Tamaki saved Haruhi when she fell off the bridge. So you would think he ends up with her. But you never OFFICIALLY know who she ends up with. You just assume that, Tamaki is the best choice for Haruhi so he ends up with her.
But in the manga, Kaoru, Hikaru, and Tamaki directly confess their love to Haruhi. While Kyouya in the last chapter says he agnoledged her, but wasn't interested because she couldn't bring merit to the Ootori family. Also, that he had something far more precious, and he didn't want to ruin it. But in the manga, Haruhi (and Tamaki) realize they are in love withn each other, and in the end, they move in together while they go Study Abroad in America (but it doesn't last long cause the rest of the host club follows them and they all study abroad)

∙ 12y agoIf you mean Haruhi Fujioka from Ouran High School Host Club, she ends up with Tamaki. If you mean Haruhi Suzumiya from The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, I'm pretty sure she doesn't end up with anyone, but I could be wrong.

∙ 13y agoIn the anime, no one. But in the manga, the author is pushing and her Tamaki together. She loves him and he loves her. But Hikaru is also in love with Haruhi, love triangle! But Hikaru finally says that Haruhi would be better off with Tamaki >.< At first I wanted Haruhi with Tamaki, but then when Hikaru fell in love with her I want it to be Hikaru and Haruhi! Ah well it seems it will be a Haruhi x Tamaki in the end...

If you are talking about Ouran High School Host Club (which I believe you are) then the answer is no. Hikaru likes Haruhi but she falls in love with Tamaki. If you havn't watched the full anime, don't read on! Haruhi only kisses one person in the anime and that is a girl but it's only because the girl wins the prize at the party of getting a kiss on the cheek from Tamaki but Tamaki gives that to Haruhi. So Haruhi goes down to give the girl a kiss on the cheek but something happens and the girl turns back and they accidentally kiss. Haruhi doesn't kiss anyone else. But she was supposed to kiss Tamaki in the end because she realizes she loves him but instead they hug but in the manga they kiss so really she only kisses the girl and Tamaki. So no, she doesn't kiss Hikaru.

*anime. [SPOILER] It ends with a girl named Eclair comeing to Japan. Tamaki's grandmother forces him to marry Eclair and go back to France so he can see his mother. He tells the host club and goes to back his things. The host club makes a plan to save him and the day he leaves they follow him in a carriage. Haruhi (in a dress) in the carriage catches up to tamaki on a bridge and asks him to return to the host club. She reachs out her hand but the carriage rocks and she falls over the edge of the bridge. Tamaki jumps over and grabs her hand the embraces Haruhi as they fall into the river. He carries her (bridal style) out of the water and joins the host club again. Does he confess his love? Probably, I just forgot. As the credits roll it shows all of the host club members danceing with Haruhi and Mr. Suoh and Mr. Ootori talking about Haruhi and how they would like they would like their sons to marry her.

The manga ended with Haruhi going to study aboard in Boston. Tamaki Came along with her and he got an apartment next to her. During the liftoff of the plane, her father yelled "Don't you think about laying a finger on my Daughter!" That's when the girls that came to see there liftoff figured out that Haruhi was in fact a girl AND that the party they hosted was indeed for Tamaki. (Boston) After they just settled in, The rest of the host club came to visit. After a few panels, we figured out that the rest of the host club actually came to study aboard just like Tamaki and Haruhi. At Music room 3 there were some girls that went to visit the host club, they found only a picture saying "The host club goes Aboard" and under it, it says "The springtime of their life is far from over!!" and "Lets meet again!" It also has two "OVAS" Or "Omakes" but, you'll have to read them for your self!

But Tamaki gets engaged to this girl from France, Eclaire, and if he marrys her his grandmother will allow him to see his mother again and the host club will be no more. dissolved. But the Ouran Host Club tries to stop him, but the fbi-like people stop them, so Hunny and Mori beat them up, and Hikaru and Kaoru and Haruhi take the carriage, but Hikaru goes too fast and they go flying out, Hikaru breaks his arm, and Haruhi decides to go after Tamaki. She takes the carriage and takes after him, and when she gets up to his car, she tells him the Host Club would be nothing without him, and that they all love being in it, even her, and she holds out her hand, but Eclaire holds onto Tamaki when he reaches out for Haruhi, and then Haruhi falls off the bridge, and Eclaire lets go of Tamaki, and he jumps after her. They end up hugging and falling into the river together. Then the Host Club is back, and Haruhi stays in it. Normally the mangas are better than the anime, but I think the OHSHC anime is better than the manga

The boys do anything and everything to keep her idenity as a girl a secret so she can stay in the host club;in the end she loves being in it and doesn't want to leave. They look exactly alike but you can tell the difference in the voice. Everyday they have their hair parted a different way,to confuse people,so no one can really tell them apart except Haruhi. They are described as the "brotherly love" couple,and they do EVERYTHING together. In the beginning the red-heads separated themselves from everyone else and would confuse people by switching it up-even if they got it right. They like to play "Guess who's Hikaru game" and even if you get it right;they would say your wrong just so you would get confuse~but Haruhi always gets it right. That and their personalities are different,you'll see. Then lastly,she isn't a big character in the show,but she comes up every where from out of the ground; the Manager. She first got the characters mixed up,and taught herself to believe that she was engaged to Kyoya.But,when she was told the truth,she apparently went into the floor and comes up and the weirdest moments. All the boys do their best to keep Haruhi's identity a secret,even though she doesn't care if she gets found out,but the boys all want her to stay in the club. Well that's it!!
