All kinds of people go to comic cons from attendees, cosplayers, vendors, artists, and celebrity guests.
If you're looking for a list of vendors, artists or celebrities attending a specific local con, your best bet is to check the official website for that event. There you will find who's coming and what days they'll be doing panels and taking photos.
There is typically no age restriction to attend a comic con event, however, children under a certain age may need to be accompanied by an adult. It is recommended to check the specific event guidelines for age restrictions and any requirements for minors attending the event.
