Each hotel has "Staff" that run that hotel. All major changes come from Sulake.
And once again as a warning there are NO SUCH THING AS FREE COINS!!!
There are NO Hacks,Sites, or tricks to getting free coins.
I have been on habbo from the start in 2001 in UK i can promise you anyone offering sites or hacks or programs are 100% a scam.
