The languages that have developed naturally over the course of human history and pre-history were not invented by any individuals. There are some languages that have been invented, like Esperanto and Na'vi. Esperanto now actually has some native speakers, and Na'vi of course is the invented language of the fictional Na'vi people in James Cameron's film Avatar. See links for more. There are also several languages of the peoples of Middle Earth, created by Tolkein as part of his Lord of the Rings works. He developed some of these languages to the point that they could be spoken, and there are several places in the LOTR films where the characters are actually speaking them.
Languages have developed over thousands of years through a collective process of human communication and cultural evolution. No single person invented all the different languages of the world. Different languages have emerged naturally in different regions and among different communities of people as a means of expressing ideas, thoughts, and emotions.
Homophones, words that sound the same but have different meanings, were not invented by a specific person. They naturally evolved in different languages over time. The concept of homophones exists in many languages and is a result of linguistic development.
