Well, it's not WHO, but THEM. They invented fishing nets. Who are THEY?? Well THEY'RE Cro-Magnons. They were our latest ancestors, who started farming and invented spear throwers, bow and arrow, found out how to paint, and of course, fishing hooks. So YEP, Cro-Magnons invented fish nets.
