As recorded in the Holy Quran, Mary conceived by an angel of Allah coming upon her - "And she who guarded her chastity, so We breathed (a spirit) into her through Our angel, and We made her and her son (Jesus) a sign for the worlds." (Quran 21:91). This birth was prophesized in the Quran by the Angel Gabriel- "And mention in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to an eastern place. And she placed a screen to seclude herself from them. Then We sent to her Our angel (Gabriel), and he took the form of a well-created man before her. She said, "Indeed I seek refuge with the Most Merciful from you, if you do fear God." (The angel) said, 'I am only the messenger of your Lord to give to you (the news of) a pure boy.' She said, 'How can I have a son, when no man has touched me (in marriage), and I am not a prostitute?' He said, So your Lord said, 'It is easy for Me. And We will make him a sign to people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter (already) decided.'" (Quran 19:16-21) One might conclude that the Angel Gabriel is the father of Jesus given this context, but other passages imply that it was the work of Allah instead, and the Angel Gabriel was just an instrument of his will - She said, 'My Lord, how can I have a son when no man has touched me.' He said, 'So (it will be,) for God creates what He wants. When He decides something, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is. And He will teach him the Book and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel. (Quran 3:45-51). Bear in mind, that this is only a mythological account of an ancient legend; it is not evidence in and of itself. Regarding the nature of Jesus' true biological father, we can only speculate.
Jesus Christ's father is God the Father.
Matthew1:18
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost ... 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
While some may have believed that the Holy Ghost is Christ's father, the KJV translation is incorrect, and reads 'of the Holy Ghost'. The actual translation is 'through the Holy Ghost'. In other words, God is the Father through the Holy Ghost. This applies to both verses quoted above.
Some ClarificationThe Greek word ek is used in both verses quoted above, the complete phrase beingin verse 18: ek Pneumatos Agiou and in verse 20: ek Pneumatos estiv Agiou (there are no variant readings)
According to the Greek Lexicon of Brown, Driver, and Briggs, the preposition ek when used in connection with begetting and birth, to denote origin, cause and reason is able to be translated as either from, of, or by.(page 234) Thus it is clear that the Greek at this point is intended to indicate that the Holy Spirit was indeed the causative agent. Since the Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father, this is essentially saying that God was His Father.
Each phrase could thus be translated from, of , or by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ's father is god, according to the Christian faith.

Jesus was conceived through immaculate conception which means that Mary, the mother of Jesus, had not been with a man. God the creator was the father of Jesus and Joseph was the husband of Mary and therefore the daddy of Jesus on Earth.
The scriptures call his father Jehovah. Psalms 83:18 says he is the most high over all the earth.
Joseph was his earthly father, God his heavenly father.
earthy father = Joseph (even though Joseph was not the literal birth father of him)
heavenly father = God

Yes. It is OK to pray to Jesus Christ. And when you pray to his father God, you are praying to him, because he said: "I and the Father are one."
