In the epilogue of the 7th Harry Potter book (The Deathly Hallows) Ron is married to Hermione and has... umm... 2 kids? I know one of them is named Rose.

Right I am going to properly answer that question. Ron marries Hermione and they do indeed have two children. Their eldest child is a girl named Rose and their other child is a year younger than she is and is called Hugo. Rose has her mother's intelligence but not much else is stated about the girl.
