I'm pretty sure they are both the same age in both the anime and manga of Fullmetal Alchemist, at the end of the anime they are 16 and so far in the manga they are both 16. hope that was helpful! :)

Yes and no. but at the end of the series it shows them confessing there love for each other, ed says if i give you half my life will you give me half of yours. winry says she would give him the whole thing. and at the ending credits it shows a picture of ed, and winry holding two children that look like them. so its safe to say its there kids.
