No. It's only a mark if it's kicked by another player.
Tony Modra kicked 129 goals in 1993
Scotch doubles is a Bowling term used for describing a style of doubles play where each teammate alternates shots. The only time the 2nd player doesn't roll in a frame is if the 1st player gets a strike.
the only way you can gain or lose rep stars, is if a person goes into your gamercard and submits a player review, you can get kicked from as many parties as you like so long as nobody does a player review on your gamercard your rep will remain the same.
oh yes. only a few have kicked out of a 619.

only if the ball comes off of the rim or backboard of the basket
no kicking, no punching, no contact with the face. I think those are only a few
You can't actually be called for a foul for making contact with your own teammate. However, you can impede, disrupt, or stop their ability to make a successful play by making contact with them. The foul is only that it hurts your team.
I would have to say no, because by punching them you are only sinking down to their level.
Blanking and punching are both shearing operation. The difference is only in the scrap. In blanking what you cut out is of interest. In punching what you cut from is of interest. For example: You cut a hole in a sheet metal. If you are interested in the disc that is cut out, then the process is called blanking. The sheet metal with a hole through it is the scrap. If you are interested in the sheet metal that now has a hole through it, then the process is called punching. The disc is the scrap.
