Paul Jenks is a downhill bike rider. who rides for team ram.
yes
Because of gravity exerting a downwards force on the rider and bike.
If you're rolling downhill - gravity. If you're going along on the flat - the pedalling effort of the rider.
Preferably a DH Mountainbike. With their long suspension travel, beefy brakes, thick tires and strong wheels they're best adapted to the forces involved. Any bike can go DH of course, but both rider and bike stands a much greater risk of damage if you use a standard bike.
There's no telling - it'll depend too much on the degree of the slope, type of bike, and the rider's skill.

The downhill forks will fit on a normal mountain bike with a little fabrication.
Travis Pastrana i think is the best dirt bike rider he was the youngest rider ever to compete and win the motocross de nations (pretty much Olympics of MX) he was also the youngest rider to win a freestyle MX contest and won 5 or 6 contests running
No way of telling. First it depends on what kind of riding you want to do, then it depends on rider preferences for the bike.
