maglight or flashtorch flassh torch is better in brightness it can burn stuff but its realy expensive and mag light can be runover by a semi and not even scratch the paint (ok mabey the paint but it would pop the tire and the light would be just fine)

Flashlights are available with replaceable batteries of various sizes. Bigger and heavier batteries last longer and can give a brighter light. Replaceable batteries can be the old standard carbon-zinc, or alkaline, or different kinds of rechargeable. Some batteries claim to be leak proof, some actually are leakproof. Some flashlights have built in non-replaceable rechargeable batteries. Some have a water resistant or even water proof case. Some have a tested shockproof case. Some have a lens in front of the bulb(s) that can focused for wide angle or narrow angle beam.

In general, the best flashlight is probably the most expensive one that has all the features mentioned above.
