Savage and Stevens depending on when and who they were made for. By far the most Western Field models were made by Mossberg with Stevens/Savage a distant second. There are also several by Marlin and Nobel, a couple of Colts, at least one Remington and a Kessler in the Blue Book's store-brand list.
Wester Field did not make guns, they sold guns manufactured by Marlin, Winchester, Hi Standard, and others through the 1970's.
