The definition of anarchy is pretty much not to have any kind of organization, so it's a contradictory question.
I think anarchy is a government in which the politicians use violence and military power to control society and government. They propose community militia to keep order and make private protection agencies instead of or alongside them. The military is very strict in this government and is very superior. The government isn't necessarily ran by one person rather a whole group.
They would probably keep on complaining about the government and urge not to support the authority owned by the government. So if they dislike it ,WHY they rather stay in that government and make a living out of that government that they hated so much.If they dislike the hierarchy system or organizational of the government and how the heck they can possibly ''ORGANISED'' the anarchy movement and eventually require someone(leader) to act as a milestone for such movement so called anarchy. It is clear throughout human civilization that we as people of the world cannot be separated from hierarchy and organizational system. Moreover, nations were build because of the existence of this organizational system and if anarchy had been implement throughout the world,no countries or nations sought to exist in this world.Total CHAOS is absolute if one's can do anything accordingly to their desires. It is inevitable in human nature that they need to be direct to the exact path in this world and that's the relevant functions of ''RELIGION'',TO DIRECT HUMANS TO THE RIGHT PATH which inadvertently cover all aspects of human lives such as Islam. If they ought to obey and implement the knowledge of their religion carefully, thus the world would be much more better and peaceful.
Well, an Anarchy would be defined as: a state of lawlessness and disorder (usually resulting from a failure of government) So, I don't believe anyone actually runs an Anarchy government.
What type of government is anarchy?
Anarchy means lack of rulers, anarchy is a type of governing were there is no enforced laws. In anarchy everyone follows a philosophy of the non agression princaple, No one does anything that harms others and if they do then there are private security and private courts to solve the issue.
Can a government be both a monarchy and an anarchy at the same time
NO. The entire point of an anarchy is to operate without any government or any governmental principles. If an anarchy has a constitution, this would indicate how a government would be established, in direct contradiction to anarchy.
