George III (1738-1820) was succeeded by his eldest son George IV (1762-1830). Since George IV had no surviving children the throne passed to his younger brother, the third son of George III, William IV (1765-1837). George III's second son died before he inherited the throne. He was Prince Frederick, Duke of York and Albany (1763-1827).
King George the Third was still in power, where he would stay throughout the French and Indian War from 1754-1763 and the American Revolution from 1775-1783. I don't know when King George's reign ended.
The only wife of King Henry VIII to produce a male heir that ascended the throne was Jane Seymour, his third wife. She gave birth to Edward VI, who succeeded his father to the throne. His reign was short-lived, as he died at the age of fifteen.
