You give Ashei's sketch to Prince Ralis, in the Graveyard in Kakariko Village, where you got the Zora armour.
In Zora's domain, down by a few Zoras just standing around, there is a tunnel to an icy area. There you will find Ashei. Talk to her and she'll give you a sketch of the beast.
You show the sketch to the small zora boy near karkariko village (he's in the village or graveyard. im not sure). He will then give you something to attach to your fishing rod. Then you will have to catch a red fish near the statue(near the golden bug) in zoras domain(below the waterfalls). You will then have to turn into a wolf and take the scent of the fish. You will follow the scent into snowpeak. That will take you to a yeti. Then you will have to snowboard your way to the next dungeon "Snow Peak Ruins).
The best strategy would probably be to find a picture of him (preferably concept art) and sketch out the pose and basic shapes, then flesh it out with the details, trying as best you can to copy his costume.
