there are actually four ghosts/spirits that visit scrooge.

3. Christmas present
4. Christmas yet to come
The spirit took Scrooge to Fred's house to show him the joy and warmth of being with loved ones during the holiday season. It wanted to remind Scrooge of the importance of family and to highlight the happiness that can come from being surrounded by those who care for him.
The ghost of Christmas present takes Scrooge to a bunch of Christmas parties, including a party aboard a ship. [1]

Takes him to the Cratchit Family's house, and shows how much Bob Cratchit (the father) will do anything and everything for his family even though he gets paid less. (meaning barley enough food for the whole family). But when Scrooge sees Tiny Tim, his life changes a bit more.
