Technically the Czech Republic as we know it only exists since 1993. Prior to that, along with what is now known as Slovakia, it was Czechoslovakia. From 1946 to 1989, for 43 years, Czechosolovakia was a communist country, In 1946 communists won the general election, in 1989 democracy was restored. In 1993, Czechoslovakia split into two countries, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Hungary split from the Empire just prior to the end of the war. Bohemia and Slovakia split off and merged to form "Czechoslovakia". Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia split off and joined with Serbia (a separate country at that time, as it is now) to form "Yugoslavia". The large remaining chunk became known as "German-Austria" and eventually just "Austria". So the answer is Austria, Hungary, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia.
