Shakespeare was a partner in a theatrical company, The Lord Chamberlain's Men, later known as The King's Men. He was also a member of a consortium which owned the Globe Theatre and another which owned the Blackfriars Theatre.
His wife was a girlfriend before she was a wife. She is the only woman we know of that he was involved with (the "dark lady" of the sonnets is pretty mysterious).
He's kind of dead, so he is not in a position to have lovers. Whether he had any when he was alive is open for debate. There is no actual evidence of it, but lots of speculation.
Richard Burbage was a good friend to William Shakespeare. He was also one of Shakespeare's fellow actors and a business partner.
