Doug Williams for the Redskins in 1988, Super Bowl XXII.

Joe Gilliam was the first black Quaterback to win a superbowl ring in fact he won two with Pittsburgh Steelers 1974 & 1975 he started and was replaced by Terry Bradshaw though but he was the backup qb
