That depends on which kind of salvation. You could say Noah, Lot, Daniel (in the lion's den), Shadrach, Meshach, or Abednego in the fiery furnace. All those, (and more not mentioned here) were all saved by God, but by physical means, in other words, no harm came to them.
Now in the New Testament, that's an easy one. It was the eunuch from Ethiopia that Philip talked to whenever the eunuch stopped him and asked Philip what the verses meant that he was reading. After that, Saul, who after his conversion became Paul, was saved on the way to Damascus to torture new Christians by Christ Himself. But, before those two events, we see the conversion of 3000 souls on the day of Pentecost in Acts chapter 2 verses 1-41.
As strange as this may sound it could have been Adam and Eve. We know from the story of Adam and Eve that they sinned against God and died spiritually as well as physically later on in their lives. But God had to have a spiritual foundation to populate a portion of the world that would be righteous and pass on the story of God and what He required. We see also in Genesis that Cain and Abel were taught what pleased God as far as sacrifices were concerned, although Cain failed miserably, Abel succeeded and when Seth was born to Adam and Eve later he became part of the genealogy of Christ. I would say that Adam and Eve by knowing God on a first hand basis after they sinned still had the "faith" or acquired the faith to believe in Him (God) and that was counted as righteousness to them, which is the basis of salvation.
Another answer:
It might be wise to define "saved," first. Among the hundreds of modern professing Christian denominations, the word is used, often, but defined, seldomly. This, of course, is a study in itself... so, in order to simplify it somewhat, it might be easier to go to the Scripture most used by modern Christianity regarding the matter:
"For by Grace are ye saved THROUGH FAITH; and that [Faith] not of yourselves: it is the Gift of God." (Eph.2:8 KJV)
On this basis, alone, a quick check of Hebrews 11... which has come to be known as "the Faith chapter"... gives us a chronological listing of the "Faithful few" of the past [and earliest] generations of man to whom God gave His "Gift" of Faith; and subsequently, His Grace and Salvation, according to Ephesians 2:8.
The FIRST MAN listed in the Faith Chapter is "ABEL":
"By Faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice..." (verse 4).
The FIRST WOMAN listed is SARA [Sarah]:
"Through Faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed..." (verse 11).
With Faith comes God's Gift of "Repentance" -- the FIRST STEP toward Salvation: "...repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name..." (Luke 24:47).
"...Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit... Save yourselves from this untoward generation. " (Acts 2:38 & 40)
"...the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel [good news]." (Mark 1:15)
Much of the modern professing Christian denominations, today, "skip over repentance" [being sorry for having disobeyed God's Commandments; sinning: I John 3:4]... and go straight to "believing" [in whatever it is that they believe].
In the biblical account, we discover that Adam and Eve never "repented" of their sin [as is the case for the vast majority of mankind; because "God never granted it to them!" Instead of repenting, what did they do? They tried to blame someone else for their sinful actions; disobeying God!
Adam tried to blame his wife... and in his condemnation of her, he also implicated God!
"...'The woman THOU GAVEST ME to be with, SHE gave me of the tree..." (Gen.3:12). [no Grace, no Faith, no repentance, no Salvation]
Eve tried to blame the Serpent ["...called the Devil, and Satan..." - Rev.12:9] -- "The Devil made me do it!":
"...The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat." (verse 13) [no Grace, no Faith, no repentance, no Salvation]
So, the first man and woman to be granted "God's Grace and Faith," and subsequently His Salvation; according to the biblical account, was and is Abel and Sarah.
ANOTHER VIEW: In the genealogy of Jesus Christ in Luke 3:23-38, Adam is listed as son of God (you can't be the son of God without faith), which are all that were in his line that was included in the Genealogy of Jesus. Yes Adam was the progenitor of Cain who was evil, but he was also the father of Abel and then Seth both of who were "Faithful". but even Seth who lived and carried on the faithful line is not mentioned in Hebrews 11, as well as many more are not listed. We aren't told, but we don't know if perhaps Adam repented. Adam and Eve had to be punished for their sin, but this did not do away for a chance for salvation. Eve, herself says in Genesis when she bore Cain, "I have gotten a man from the LORD."
Who am I to say, but I do believe Adam and Eve had faith in God.
Zacchaeus
In the Bible a person who is saved doesn't have to face the coming judgment on sin. Throughout history God has judged the sin of mankind e.g The world was judged by the flood, Noah and his family were saved in the ark. The nation of Egypt was judged, but the Israelites were saved.
Eve from the bible was the first person to die
King James was not the first person to write the Bible.
First it was Saul when he was unsaved, it changed to Paul later.
What do you mean by the youngest person in the Bible? If you are talking about the first human the Bible talks about, than it is Adam, the first man. The Bible reference should be at the back.
cain was the first person
In Genesis (bible), Adam was the first person alive.
The president
I think it is Abraham that is called in the Bible a first Prophet.
Adam.
Adam
Acording to the Bible the first person in the world was named Adam.
