Two people have aided Ducky in his autopsies. The first was Gerald Jackson, who was shot (but not killed) by Ari Haswari in 1x18 Bete Noir and made a return in 3x01 Kill Are pt.1. Since then, the ME's assistant has been Jimmy Palmer. There was someone in between the two characters briefly, but I can't remember his name if it was mentioned.
