Who is the worst king in the Bible?

This is hard to say as opinions vary. However, most would probably agree that Ahab - along with his wife Jezebel was the worst king in Biblical history. Not only was he a ruthless ruler, he was weak and would not stand up to his non-Jewish evil wife, he adopted pagan practices rather than the religion of the Jews, and generally he makes Stalin, Hilter and Mussolini all together look like Santa Claus.
