The speediest dinosaurs were the ostrich mimic ornithomimids, such as Dromiceiomimus, which could probably run at speeds of up to 60 kilometres per hour. http://www.thedinosaurmuseum.com/html/dinosaur-facts.html
The Spinosaurus. This animal is so strong that Spinosaurus could kill Giganotosaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex. Spinosaurus has the biggest teeth out of any dinosaur. Spinosaurus' teeth were used for crushing bones! Giganotosaurus' teeth was used for tearing flesh.
--------------------------
Spinosaurus was a fish eater and his teeth were small and weak. He had weak jaws and he was scrawny. Giganotosaurus and t-rex were both more muscular and would crush spinosaurus easily. Spinosaurus was big so he could scare off smaller dinosaurs but if a dinosaur doesnt get scared off then the spinosaurus gets scared and runs away. Scientist found evidence of that.
--------------------------
Depends how you look at it.
A 100 ton sauropod such as Argentinosaurus, Bruhathkayosaurus or Amphicoelias (if it was as big as people say it is) would be able to carry, pull or crush larger things than a 7 ton theropod, simply because they themselves were just so big. This would make the titanosaurs the strongest dinosaurs, if not the strongest ANIMALS ever.
If its strength in relation to size, raptors would be the best candidates to look at. They were built for strength, not speed like everyone assumes due to movies such as Jurassic Park (which Answer 1 seems to have been based off). Seems to have been the case especially for Balaur, Dromaeosaurus and Deinonychus.
If its actually "which dinosaur was the meanest, nastiest and most capable of killing every other dinosaur", then sorry to sound like such a fanboy, but it'd be T.rex. Strangely, Spinosaurus through sheer size alone would serve as a more equal match against T.rex than Giganotosaurus. Giganotosaurus was only 40cm longer than T.rex, less designed for both speed and power, and more designed to wear down large prey by ripping bits of flesh off and waiting until the prey collapsed due to shock. T.rex was designed to kill prey ASAP. Being designed with almost ornithomimid like adaptations for shock absorption in its relatively long legs (longest legs of any theropod in its weight class), T.rex was the most built for speed, and with its massive 11 ton* bite, was designed to sprint up to a hadrosaur and just end it with one bite to the neck or back. Giganotosaurus would have had little chance in a 1 v 1 fight against T.rex . Spinosaurus on the other hand had size. Its size meant it had more weight to throw around and wrestle with. But at the end of the day, it just was not built for a scrap. It was slender for its size, its jaws were rather slim and delicate, its surprisingly brittle and cone shaped teeth were designed to grip fish rather than crush bone. Its arms could only do so much in a fight - a few cuts and bruises, but nothing fatal. It may not have been the biggest of all theropods, but T.rex definitely keeps its title as King of the dinosaurs.
*please correct me if I got the bite force wrong.
The fastest dinosaurs were probably the ostrich mimic ornithomimids, toothless meat-eaters with long limbs like ostriches.
The world's fastest dinosaur would be the raptor. I presume. Their all really adapted with long legs but the carnivores are mostly the fastest ones.
Gallimimus was the fastest moving dinosaur it was so fast it could run as fast as a modern race horse could.
Deinonychus, Oryctodromeus that two species only i know.
