This would be difficult to answer considering that both Venom and Anti-Venom were both Eddie Brock. Considering the fact that Anti-Venom was using Eddie Brock as a host when he fought Venom with spiderman I would think that Venom would win because it needed to be 2v1.

This was actually an existing problem in real life. According to an article in The Seattle Times, in 1994, at the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, zoologists observed raging young bulls in musth (the elephant version of the rut, or mating season), with no older males to keep them in line, turn their aggression on rhinoceroses. Because the aggressive elephants were much larger, stronger, and equipped with longer tusks, they easily slaughtered the hapless rhinos. Since then, the killings have stopped, but ten rhinoceroses died, and five more were seriously wounded.

A rhino is much heavier and in a charge it could easily deliver a fatal blow to a buffalo. With the rhino's thick skin I doubt that there is much that a buffalo could to do hurt the rhino.
