Who would win between Galactus and Apocalypse?

It depends really. Galactus wields the Power Cosmic, and can use it to almost any affect, he also eats planets in order to stay alive. He is a cosmic entity that can't be perceived by most. Apocalypse is immortal, with biomolecular manipulation, control over his entire atomic structure, he has been shown to have, at least to some degree, control over space and time, and also has energy projection, absorption and manipulation to bring his power to unlimited potentials, and has Celestial technology which only further enhances his abilities. Furthermore, he has the ability to give himself any superpower he wishes, and he can basically adapt to any adversity.

Galactus would likely win in a battle against Apocalypse due to Galactus being a cosmic entity with immense power, capable of consuming planets. Apocalypse is powerful in his own right, but Galactus is on a different level of strength and cosmic influence.

This happened, Galactus, hungrier than he has ever been, with only a little help from the surfer, who mainly was stopping interference by another person, Galactus still relatively stomped and only didn't consume the planet because there was nothing to consume. The planet was nutrientless.
