Many stage directions in published plays come from the original production rather than the playwright.
When I wrote my farewell speech I began by summarizing what I did with my title. Also you could include a few thanks you's from those that helped you win the pageant(your hair stylist, parents, etc.) Then wrap it up by wishing good luck to your successor. You could also include music in the background. But warning: keep it within 3-4 mins maximum. The audience wants to get on with the pageant and see who the new queen is (no offense)!
