Starbucks has what is a debatable green letter t within it's logo. The logo itself is green and rests on a white background. Though the lettering for "Starbucks" it is actually white, it is a cutout from the green logo, and thus, when examined, can be taken as green.

The cross of a lowercase "t" is called a cross bar. It gets that name from its resemblance to a cross.

If you are in caps, no way to flip; there is no flip in a T. If you are lowercase, then I have no idea.
The Cingular logo belongs to AT&T. The original logo belongs to Cingular Wireless that merged with AT&T in February of 2004. AT&T decided to keep the original logo for some time after the merger.
