Severus, Harry, DA members, Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Flitwick, Surius, James, Lily, Remus Lupin, Nyphadora Tonks, Kinglsey Shacklebolt, Arthur and Molly Weasley, pretty mich everyone in the Order of the Pheonix. And Severus Snape is the only Slytherin to conjure a Patronus
That is related to the fact that he was in love with Lily Evans - whose patronus was also a doe.
Regulus Black's Patronus is a doe. This is significant as it symbolizes his connection to his brother, Sirius Black, whose Patronus is also a doe, representing their shared loyalty and love for family despite their differences. Regulus's choice of Patronus reflects his transformation and the redemption arc he experiences in the story.
J. K. Rowling does not mention Hargid having a patronus in any of the books. This may be because Hagrid got exspelled in his third year. I do think if Hagid had a patronus it would looks like Fang, his dog. :)
in the 7 book when he goes in snapes memory
The Patronus that led Harry to the sword was Snape's Patronus.
it was Snape's patronus

A Stag. This was his fathers patronus and animagus form while his mother's was a doe.
Patronus is a phantom of your best memory ever. You concentrate specifically on your memory and your patronus appears when the incantation is given. The Patronus is in the form of an animal representing feelings and your traits. For example Severus Snape changed his Patronus to a Doe to match Lily Evans, his love. Another example is Nymphadora Tonks whose Patronus resembles a werewolf creature, taking the shape from Remus Lupin her werewolf love.
It is a doe because Snape always loved Harry's mother, Lily, and her patronus was a doe. His never changed as he always loved her, as shown in the final book. Lily's patronus is a doe as it is complimentary to James Potter's stag.
Snape was very fond of Lily Potter and he loved her. They both have the same patronus, a doe.

Lily Evans.
A stag, the same animal his father turned into and likely the same patronus.
Hermione Granger's patronus is an otter.
