3210 in base 3 is 10123

However, if you mean 323 then this is NOT a number.

The maximum value each digit of a number can be is one less than the base.

In base 3, the maximum value for any digit is 3 - 1 = 2.

No digit can be anything other than 0, 1 or 2.

Thus 32 (containing the digit 3) cannot be a base 3 number.
