The alt-right is a word meaning alternative to the right. A member of the alt-right could have any belief from socialism to an ethnostate to a green new deal and all of these policies are common among the mainly know alt-right members like. Lauren chen on youtube interviewed Richard Spencer on of the people who made the term alt-right and he advocates for many green and left leaning politics. The alt-right is anyone who identifies as right wing but holds left wing policies counter to the main stream conservative ideology. So the term alt-right conservative is a contradiction. There could be more left leaning alt-right people who want more left policies and there could be more right leaning alt-right people who want more right wing policies but usually they are significantly different as apposed to the main stream conservative ideology.
