No Wheel of Fortune does not pay travel expenses or any other expenses besides the $1000 minimum for a contestants selected to be on the show. They also do not pay expenses for individuals who want to audition to be on the show. Prizes tell you what you have won when they are described and most include some travel if not all. For instance you need to get to the airport which is a travel expense, but sometimes the trip includes extra money to cover those kind of items.
