Your question does not make sense, an almost infinite amount of solution could be prepared if desired
Huckels rule. 4n + 2 whereby n is any integer for example 1,2,3 etc. Aromatic compounds will obey huckels rule:- (4 x (1)) + 2 = 6 (4 x (2)) + 2 = 10 (4 x (3)) + 2 = 14 Taking benzene as an example...is it aromatic? Is a six membered ring with 3 double bonds, so 6pi electrons thus obeys huckels rule and is aromatic. Negative charges also count as 2pi electrons and positive charges on a molecule are ignored entirely.
the gas cannot be controlled however the oxygen can. Gas is passed through and the valve can be turned to allow more or less oxygen in, the more exposed the gas is to oxygen, the more intense the flame.
Sorry, I don't think the question makes sense the way it appears here. My understanding is you have prepared a 0.1565M solution by mixing an unknown concentration with the same amount of water? If this is the case, you multiply the end solution by 2 because you diluted it 2 fold (1 part unknown in 1 part water) So the original would be 0.3112M
place small amount of dilute HCl on watchglass add butylamine one drop at a time Use indicator paper to determine when neutral., But remember to stir with glass rod in between drops. leave to evaporate in fume cupboard the end.
The scope is to avoid rapid degradation.

Solution of different concentrations can be prepared by the adequate choice of the solute amount and the volume of the solvent.
Because of the Earth's intense amount of pressure and heat

Yes, if it is not write protected and has the required amount of space.
