∙ 15y agobecause when you blow you blow more power in the middle and you dont blow into each spot with even power Its because of equal pressure on all sides, thus resulting in a sphere. Same way a bubble of air under water will become circular.
ANSWER: It's all about surface tension. The bubble's material isn't strong enough to stay as ashape with edges. So, it "contracts" into a less complex shape.

∙ 12y agoThe outside of the bubble is liquid and it contains air. The liquid of the bubble behaves as if it has a skin, and the skin wants to contract; to reduce its size. At the same time the air inside the bubble has an air pressure trying to make the bubble larger. These two forces fight it out with each other until the final size of the bubble is agreed. There you have your bubble which is spherical if small, but a large one will sag here and there due to the force of gravity.
