Certain dinoflagellates create a huge pool of toxins when reproducing known as a "Red Tide." This toxin stops the brain from communicating to your body ( it paralyzes you) and eventually your lungs stop. The toxins kill and poison many fish and creatures of the sea. When fishermen catch fish, the fish may be poisoned and when you eat it you can be paralyzed. Penalization can lead to death.

Side effects of the toxins can be: the area around your mouth will feel numb and then starts to spread. Also some people witness nuisance and slur of words
