Unless you are 17 or something, children (or teens, whatever you like to be called) under 18 should not play games rated M (or 18 plus, they're the same thing) because of violence, nudity, and all of those other things... you know what I mean.
Stuff like that can make children grow up to be criminals or something, because a child who plays these games constantly (or every day) sometimes will think the game is real life. For example, a child who is ten years old could play a game rated 18 plus and believe the violence, etc is 'cool' or 'epic' and begin to think only of content from the game

But if there was, there is no reason why kids should be able to play R18 games.
