I would agree, managers are paid a little over. I think that is because they have a bigger responality and a bigger job. They are also suppose to be in charge of the whole buniness so i would think they have to be organizered and hard working.That is why. and employees dont get paid as much because they have to handle a smaller job. The manager is like a camera they have to watch everything that is going on.
