Not sure about your particular make/model, but you should be able to remove the covering on the electric controls and you should see a way to manually crank it with a screwdriver or Allen wrench.
You could go to a Jewelry Shop and get your batteries installed manually. That's what I do. Sometimes, they do it for free, and other times, they do it for as little as $5.
