My family member is a herboloist, she along with other members of my family including myself have this condition. It is cause by lack of oxengen. For some more than others people who have asthma or smokers. Most likely its hereditary. Some Drs. dont know cause its not a disease.... It first starts with a blue ring around the then as time progress the blue ring will turn grey. After years go by the blu will turn a whole greyish/blue or brownis/grey.
