Teachers are going on strike because the government is not listening to them . The teachers want their pay to rise, have less students in a class and have more class rooms and they want more resources for the students.

Yes, the poor ones should go on strike and be replaced. Teachers work 5 short days a week, and have the entire Summer off, so if you hate school then imagine how badly you were taught (and what kind of job teachers do in trying to improve on your F's all the time).
