No. There's only a handful of P-51s still airworthy, and they are mostly used at airshows and to do flyovers at special events. The flying P-51s today are all in private hands. If you get a chance to see one, don't pass it up. Most WWII aircraft became obsolete right after the war ended, as jet aircraft became more practical and were adopted by the leading air forces. US B-29 bombers were still used in Korea, and so were P-51s, but that was the last combat for them. The Spanish air force was still flying German Bf 109s in the late 1960s. The DC 3 cargo plane was called a C 47 by the US Army Air Force, used to haul cargo and drop paratroopers.
