I THINK ,when child has edema ,we must under stand the soures (cause) that come from blood vessel (venis ) inable to transfer blood .at this there is acc iomlation of any vitamin&mineral.during this time if you give vitamin a ,it accomnation become high. over dose of vitamin a is toxic& has many side effect that can a cause for death.
There are 6 types of edema. Generalized edema, skin edema, peripheral edema, corneal edema, cerebral edema, pulmonary edema, myxedema and lymphedema.

Non-pitting edema is a type of swelling. Pitting edema occurs when the swollen area is pressed and remains indented. The indentation does not occur with non-pitting edema.
