Ya that happens to me to, so i looked some stuff up and it said it can be a disease but dont worrie u wont die from it and u problly dont got it or it can be that hands are getting to weared out so u should stop being on the computer and stuff

∙ 15y agoTalk to your doctor about it soon. If your hands are cold much more often and more intensely than your friends who are with you in the same environments, you may have a condition called Reynaud's Syndrome. Your doctor can help.

∙ 12y agoThe obvious answer is exposure to very cold air or to ice and snow without wearing gloves. But another possible cause is Raynaud's Syndrome, which can cause some of the same symptoms, even when a person is indoors.
Poor blood flow, an example can be seen by sitting on your hand for a few minute and then taking it out from under you. Nerve damage as well can cause this issue.

∙ 6y agoIf you mean the tingle and numb feeling you get sometimes, it is caused by the lack or slow of blood flow. To get rid of it hold your hand down at you side and allow the blood to return to your fingers.
