I don't know where you are shopping but I bought a Frigidaire recently that has a lift top.
Learing the correct way to properly lift is the key to avoiding injuries. Also not overliftinng you should lift weight that are heavy but arent causing you to strain.

The weak point is they arent very offensive but they can overhead lift 4600 pounds and are 27 times stronger than the average human. they would demolish anything if they knew how to punch but they only bash and bite.
To my knowledge helium is the only practical lift element for blimps. Hydrogen actually works better than helium, and it is cheaper, but it is highly combustible and not used anymore.

To work your abs at work, if you are sitting (you didn't specify), just lift your feet off the floor until you cannot hold them up, anymore. Repeat several times a day.
