The human reflex is to breathe in air when the lungs need it. So the lungs dont burst from not getting air, the person instinctively opens their mouth for air and swallows all the water, which then fills their lungs with water. Once all these gasses have escaped from the body its average density is higher than water and so the body sinks. Interstingly dolphins are the only mammals that do not have the reflex memtntion above and so when they are trapped in a net under the water they hold their breath and suffocait themselves.
If the object is more dense than the water, or if the weight is greater than the buoyant force
Because they are more dense than the water they displace.
Not necessarily It depends on the water the make of your body and also on how long you have been in the water. However you usually end up floating.
Body fat. Our fat is buoyent.
object that sink in water
yes metal sink in water
Pumice stone does not sink in water
A needle sink in water.
Pumice does not sink in water.
the sink??
No you cant it has to be distilled water they cant have that water bottle kind i have three and i use distilled water. But if you go to petsmart or petco they have these drops you put in the water so you can use like sink water.
Because the water or what ever it is cant stand the weight so it sinks
becose fat people sit hein them and thay sink lol or people just cant drive or maby there is a problem with the boat
cant
Maple syrup will sink but water is unable to sink because it is water.
the water sink is not solid and liquid
object that sink in water
no they dont float like normal people
People can't sink in salt water because if salt is added to water the substance in it will become less denser like the dead sea is so salty that you can easily do yoga or sit and read a book!!!
It depends, some people are naturally buoyant, others sink. Normally if you have a lung full of air you will naturally float and if you breath out you will sink.
Silicon will sink in water.
