Great question...but who says it can't?

The problem is money versus result.

The 50,000 ton displacement Titanic is 3800 meters below the North Atlantic. If you built a REALLY BIG scoop and lowered it with REALLY BIG cables from a REALLY BIG salvage vessel, you could probably get it into a drydock for under a trillion dollars.

Then what? There's no money to be made compared to the costs. If you made a billion dollars on it by selling the dishes on Ebay, you'd be 999 Billion dollars in the hole.

Salt water corrodes metal relatively quick, and due to the titanic being under water for so long it is quite brittle.

You would also be challenged by several countries for disturbing the gravesite, and the estates of 1200 people to return their valuables.

it can be done, the iron is still in good shape, the damage on the ship was done by the submirsibles landing on it.

If anyone tried to raise it, well, first of all it is owned by one person so only that person has the rights to raise it, and 2nd of all, it would collapse and people would have absolutely no more research.

It lies at too deep a depth, and is extremely large and heavy. All of which would prove a very long and costly enterprise to raise the Titanic. Also, many people died on the Titanic, so it could be classed as a protected grave site.

If the Titanic didn't break in half then yes it can be raised, but the Titanic did broke in half. Once the Titanic has broken in half, then the ships it's self cannot be raised.

It is on the bottom of the ocean floor and the pressure would cause a human to blow up (not kidding!) at that depth.

No. Small pieces can and have been raised but any larger sections would break apart if anything attempted to lift them. The depth of the wreck also makes salvaging anything difficult.
