Why can't you see clear after you get out of a pool full of chlorinp?

Actually, people think it is the chlorine that affects your eyes, but it is really the PH level that does that. PH is the acid / base levels in the pool water and, when it is out of balance, can blur your vision and dry out your hair and skin.

You flock a pool as a last resort to clear the water. If you cant get the pools water to clear up using normal filtration then you may need to use a floculant. let the pool settle completely for a couple of days.
